AF Gruppen NKr1.1 billion acquisition of 70% of LAB

Overview:

• Norwegian engineering and construction company AF Gruppen has acquired a 70% stake in building contractor LAB in an NKr1.1 billion deal.
• LAB operates in Western Norway and is the parent company of contractor subsidiaries LAB Entreprenør, Åsane Byggmesterforretning, Fundamentering, and LAB Eiendom.
• The shares were sold to AF Gruppen by 15 different companies that will retain a combined 30% stake.
