Kesko, Ilmarinen and AMF €652 million joint venture

Overview:

• Kesko, AMF Pensionsförsäkring and the Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company have agreed to set up a joint venture focused on real estate investment called Ankkurikadun Kiinteistöt.
• The joint venture will own, manage and develop store sites sold to it, and primarily used, by Kesko.
