Antin Infrastructure Partners has acquired Eurofiber, a Netherlands-based fiber optics company, for €875 million from Doughty Hanson and Reggeborgh.
Eurofiber has an 18,000km network and claims to carry over 25% of Dutch internet traffic.
Antin is a energy and telecommunications infrastructure investor.
Doughty Hanson acquired the company in 2012 from Reggeborgh who maintained a minority shareholding.
