  • Impala Platinum Holdings, a platinum group metals producer, placed 102,564,102 ordinary shares worth ZAR4 billion to qualified investors in an accelerated bookbuild offering.    
  • UBS acted as underwriter and sole bookrunner. 
  • Impala owns mines at the Bushveld Complex in South Africa, and the Great Dyke in Zimbabwe.
