Overview:

  • Italian oil and gas producer ENI completed the disposal of the remaining 4% of the shares that it owned in Portuguese energy company Galp Energia. 
  • The move comes as the Italian oil producer disposes of its non-core assets. 
  • ENI sold 33.1 million shares at €9.81 euros each to institutional investors.
