Hospital District of Southwest Finland €158 million T3 hospital project

Overview:

• Municipality Finance, one of the largest financial institutions in Finland, has agreed to finance the new T3 hospital building of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland with real estate leasing.
• The construction cost for the project is approximately €158 million in total.
• This is one of the largest real estate projects ever financed through real estate leasing in Finland.
