Overview:

  • Synthesis has set up a MTN programme established by three SPVs - Synthesis Trade Finance I, Synthesis Trade Finance II and Synthesis Trade Finance III.
  • The $500 million programme will issue notes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
