OTE CZK6.5 billion senior revolving credit facilty

Overview:

• The Czech Republic's electricity and gas market operator, OTE, agreed a CZK6.5 billion revolving credit facility with a club of domestic banks.
• Česká spořitelna, Československá obchodní banka, Komerční banka, and UniCredit arranged the deal.
• OTE's did not use outside counsel and was represented by its in-house legal team on the transaction.
