Overview:

  • Coor Service Management has undertaken a €396 million IPO on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
  • UBS, Nordea, SEB and DNB acted as underwriters. 
  • Coor Service Management is a Swedish based cleaning services company.
  • Cinven (a private equity firm), which owned shares in Coor, sold a 21.9% stake in Coor in February 2016 and a remaining 12.6% stake in May 2016. Firms advised Cinven alongside Coor for Coor's IPO. Cinven no longer owns shares in Coor.
