AMP Capital Investors and 3i Infrastructure DKr4.1 billion acquisition of Esvagt

• AMP Capital Investors and 3i Infrastructure have acquired Esvagt from AP Møller-Mærsk and ESE-Holding for DKr4.1 billion.
• Esvagt is a company which focuses on providing safety and support to those at sea. 
• RBC Europe, Royal Bank of Canada and The Royal Bank of Scotland provided financing for the acquisition.
