Tessenderlo Chemie and Picanol Group €811.6 million merger

Overview:

• The contemplated €811.6 million merger between Tessenderlo Chemie and the industrial activities of Picanol has been cancelled.
• Tessenderlo provides agriculture and water management solutions and Picanol produces textile machinery.
• Both companies are listed on Euronext.
• The deal was originally announced in December, 2015.
