MOL acquisition of Eni Hungaria

• MOL has acquired Eni Hungaria for an undisclosed amount.
• Eni Hungaria is the Hungarian downstream unit of Italian oil company Eni.
• The target manages a network of 108 petrol stations across Hungary run under the Agip brand.
• The deal is part of MOL's strategy to expand its presence in the retail market, which will now include up to 2000 petrol stations across 11 countries in the CEE.
