Lusail City project

Overview:

• Lusail City project.
• A joint venture between Qatari Diar and Saudi Binladin Group has won the contract to design and construct the Lusail City project.
• The project consists of the A1 artery road, the Lusail Plaza public realm and car park, 2km of multi-lane below ground highway, a 3 level combined tunnel, flyovers and bridge crossings, a light rail transit station, a 4 storey underground car park, local access roads, associated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic installations and waterfront landscaping works.
• The development extends over 38 square km and also includes 22 hotels and housing.
