Overview:

  • Tagus – Sociedade de Titularização de Crédito, the Portuguese securities vehicle of Deutsche Bank, successfully launched €614,600,001 of vehicle backed securitisation notes. 
  • The notes, known as Silk Finance no. 4, consisted of €509.4 million class A asset-backed fixed rate notes due 2031, €101.5 class B asset-backed fixed rate notes due 2031, €3.7 million class C notes due 2031 and a €1 variable funding note due 2031.
  • Banco Santander acted as arranger, The Law Debenture Trust Corporation as common representative and Deutsche Bank as paying agent.
