  • RBS and Ulster Bank have sold the Project Finn loan portfolio.
  • The portfolio has a par value of €2.6 billion and consists of three tranches of commercial real estate, SME and buy-to-let loans.
  • One tranche was bought by Deutsche Bank and Apollo Global management, a second was acquired by Cerberus Capital Management and a third by Sankaty Advisors.
