Overview:

  • Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) acquired an integrated poultry business from Agro-Invest Brinky, in a transaction worth $680 million. 
  • CPF, through its Dutch subsidiary CPF Netherlands, indirectly acquired an 80% stake in of the shares of Poultry Production Severnaya and Poultry Parent Stock Production Woyskovitsy through the 100% acquisition of a newly formed Russian holding company. It plans to secure the remaining 20% in both companies in 2018.
