  • Unicredit securitised a pool of €2.52 billion loans it originated which were mix of facilities granted to SMEs and mid-size and large corporates in Germany. 
  • The lender's German SPV, Rosenkavalier 2015, was used for the securitistaion.
  • Rosenkavalier issued two classes of notes to finance the transaction.
