Overview:

  • Rexel has issued €500 million in high yield senior notes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
  • The 3.25% unsecured senior notes are due 2022.
  • The issuance of the notes will be used to redeem $500 million principal amount of the company's existing 6.125% senior notes due 2019.
  • Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC and Société Générale acted as joint global coordinators, and as joint lead bookrunners for the offering, BofA Merrill Lynch, CM-CIC, ING and JPMorgan acted as joint bookrunners, and BayernLB, Natixis and Standard Chartered Bank acted as co-lead managers.
