Echo Investment €132 and €185 million refinancings

Overview:

• Echo Investment has taken out two new credit facilities: the first a €132 million loan from Berlin Hyp and ING Bank Slaski and the second a €185 million loan from Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale. 
• The first credit facility helped to refinance the company's debt in the Malta Office Park in Poznan, Park Rozwoju in Warsaw, West Gate in Wroclaw, and A4 Business Park in Katowice. 
• The second credit facility helped to refinance the debt of Echo's seven shopping centers. 
• These included Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra, Galeria Venada in Łomża, Galeria Amber in Kalisz, Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów, Outlet Park in Szczecin, Centrum Handlowe Echo in Przemyśl and Centrum Handlowe Echo in Bełchatów.
