Carrefour TL 429.5 million acquisition of a majority stake in Kiler

Overview:

• Carrefoursa Carrefour Sabancı Ticaret Merkezi, a joint venture between the French Carrefour Group and Turkish Sabancı Holding, acquired an 85% in Kiler Alışveriş Hizmetleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret from Kiler Holding and other shareholders for TL 429.5 million.
• The remaining 15% of the company is publicly traded.
