Mannai Corporation €561 million acquistion 51% of Gfi Informatique

Overview:

• Qatari based Mannai Corporation successfully completed the acquisition of a 51% controlling stake in French IT services company Gfi Informatique from private equity funds Apax Partners and Boussard & Gavaudan. 
• The company paid €8.50 a share, valuing the company at €561 million. 
• Mannai has committed to growing the company, alongside the remaining shareholders, to position it as a leader in European IT services.
