Eiffarie/APRR €3.3 billion refinancing

Overview:

• Eiffarie, a holding company owned by Eiffage and Macquarie managed funds, successfully completed the refinancing of €3.3 billion of existing indebtedness together with subsidiary APRR (Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhône). 
• The credit facilities that needed to be refinanced has been raised in 2012 for the acquisition of the APRR group and were due to expire in February 2017.
• The refinancing comprised of a revolving credit facility for APRR to the amount of €1.8 billion with a five-year term, and a loan for Eiffarie of €1.5 billion with a five-year term.
