Overview:

  • A consortium made up of Brookfield Infrastructure Group, Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), APG Asset Management and Arcus Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of communication tower company TDF's French business from TPG Capital
  • The enterprise value of the deal was in the region of €3.55 billion.
  • Financing for the deal included a €1.4 billion secured term loan and a €250 million revolving credit facility.
  • TDF is the largest independent communication tower infrastructure business in France, and the transaction will leverage its existing indebtedness.
