Trafigura Peru $400 million financing

Overview:

• Trafigura Peru has taken out a $400 million credit facility from Natixis and ABN AMRO.
• The credit facility includes the option to increase the loan by $300 million.
• Trafigura operates the Catalina Huanca mine in Peru.
• The funds will be used to buy minerals and metals and for general working capital.
• Trafigura  was advised by in-house counsel.
