• Cairn Loan Investments has restructured Cairn CLO III through an extension and refinancing of notes.
• The notes were originally issued in 2013.
• The deal will see cairn Loan Investments replace Cairn Capital as the investment manager.
• The deal is believed to be the first CLO 2.0 to undergo an 'amend and extend'.
