Pexip Oslo Børs IPO

Overview:

• Pexip, the Norwegian video conferencing company, successfully completed its NKr 2.4 billion initial public offering of 38 million new and existing shares on Oslo Børs.
• The IPO marketing and listing ceremony was completed virtually because of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the software company using its own video conferencing platform to make the listing arrangements. 
• ABG Sundal Collier, Carnegie and Pareto Securities acted as joint global coordinators and bookrunners.
