Royal Gold $610 million acquisition of stake in Pueblo Viejo mine

Overview:

• Royal Gold and Barrick Gold have entered a sales and purchase agreement related to the Pueblo Viejo mine in the Dominican Republic.
• As part of the agreement, Royal Gold will purchase a stake in Barrick's gold and silver production of the mine.
