Aluflexpack SIX Swiss Exchange IPO

Overview:

• Packaging manufacturer Aluflexpack has undertaken its IPO on SIX Swiss Exchange, raising SFr169 million.
• The IPO had a base offering of 7.3 million new shares at the price of SFr21 per share and an over-allotment option of 730,000 shares.
• The company will use the proceeds to expand its production capacity in Europe, automate production, acquire targets across the world and redeem shareholder loans.
