Bharti Airtel Rs249.4 billion rights issue

Overview:

• Telecommunications services company Bharti Airtel has issued 1,133,591,075 equity shares at a face value of Rs5 on a rights basis.
• At a cash price of Rs220 per rights equity share (including a premium of Rs215 per rights equity share), the issue aggregates up to Rs249.4 billion.
