Axpo acquisition of Urbasolar

Overview:

• Swiss renewable energy producer Axpo has acquired French independent solar photovoltaic specialist Urbasolar.
• Urbasolar portfolio has a total installed capacity of 187MW and has a development pipeline of more than 1000MW.
• The acquisition enables Axpo to achieve its growth strategy in the international solar market.
• Urbasolar will continue to be independent and will serve as a platform for expansion in Europe.
