  • Tenaris, a supplier of steel tubes for the energy industry, has acquired IPSCO Tubulars, a producer of seamless and welded OCTG (oil country tubular goods) and line pipe products, from PAO TMK, a Moscow-based steel pipe manufacturer, for $1.2 billion.
