• Kotak Investment Advisors has partnered with realty firm DivyaSree Developers to set up the $400 million India Office Assets Fund I to develop and acquire commercial office assets. 
• India Office Assets Fund I has acquired commercial office assets located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, National Capital Region and Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
