Overview:

  •  Borealis Infrastructure,  the infrastructure investment manager of OMERS, has acquired a 34.6% stake in GNL Quintero, which operates a natural gas terminal, for about $360 million. 
  • This is part of the restructuring of the equity interests of GNL Quintero. 
  • Enagás and ENAP are still shareholders of GNL Quintero.
  • Borealis has call option rights for the acquisition of 15% of the shares of GNL Quintero from Enagás.
