Industrial and Commercial Bank of China $1.58 billion green bond issue

Overview:

• ICBC London Branch has issued the largest ever green bond listing on the London Stock Exchange.
• The issue consists of three floating rate tranches - a $500 million three-year tranche, $500 million five-year tranche and a €500 million three-year tranche.
• It is the second Certified Climate Bond that ICBC has issued following a $2.1 billion Luxembourg green bond issue in 2017.
