Amaravati Sustainable Capital City Development Project

Overview:

• Amaravati Development Partners is developing the $462 million Amaravati Sustainable Capital City Development Project, which will look to build sustainable urban services and institutions.
• Sembcorp Development India and Ascendas-Singbridge have formed the joint venture Singapore Amaravati Investment Holdings.
• Singapore Amaravati Investment Holdings has a 58% stake and the state owned agency -  Amaravati Development Corporation has a 42% stake of the newly incorporated - Amaravati Development Partners.
• The project will be developed in phases for 15 to 20 years.
