• Aeronautics has undertaken its Tel Aviv Stock Exchange IPO.
• The price per share started at NIS18.
• Bereshit and KCPS funds, as company shareholders with 27% each, and Viola Private Equity, with 23.4% have sold half of their holdings.
• The offering was underwritten by Leumi Partners and Leader Holdings and Investments, Discount Underwriting and Investment, Menorah Mivtachim Holdings, Epsilon Underwriting and Barak Capital.
