Hello Fresh Frankfurt Stock Exchange IPO

Overview:

• Hello Fresh has undertaken its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
• Hello Fresh is owned by investors Rocket Internet, Baillie Gifford, Insight Ventures, Phenomenon Ventures, and Qatar Investment Authority.
• The company's owners will raise an eventual €318 million (after the greenshoe option is exercised in full) taking Hello Fresh public.
• The online meal delivery business aborted a previous IPO attempt in 2015 due to poor market conditions. 
• Berenberg, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley underwrote the deal.
