Overview:

  • Financial services software provider SS&C Technologies Holdings has completed its $2.63 billion acquisition of Advent Software.
  • Financing for the deal came from $2.48 billion in term loan facilities and a $150 million revolving credit facility. 
  • Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank acted as financial advisers for SS&C and Qatalyst Partners acted for Advent.
