Overview:

• Bajaj Finance has undertaken a $222 million Qualified institutional placement (QIP) issue.
• The deal also included a concurrent private placement to QIBs in the United States and to institutional investors in Singapore, the UK and certain other jurisdictions. 
• A QIP is a capital-raising tool, primarily used in India and other parts of Southern Asia.
