Metrod Malaysia/MetTube Malaysia $115 million acquisition of The Leela Goa

Overview:

• Metrod Malaysia and MetTube Malaysia has acquired The Leela Goa, from Hotel Leelaventure  for $115 million.
• The target is a 206 room hotel and five star resort.
• The deal sees Metrod Malaysia take a 51% stake and MetTube Malaysia taking a 49% stake.
• The hotel will be transferred to Ceres by way of a slump sale under a business transfer agreement.
