Overview:

• Provisur sanitation system PPP
• Concesionaria Desaladora del Sur was awarded the 25 year concession for the development and operation of the Provisur (Provisión de Servicios de Saneamiento de los Distritos del Sur de Lima - Provision of Sanitation Services in the Districts of the South of Lima) project.
• The project will develop water and wastewater treatment facilities in four districts in Lima including Punta Hermosa, Punta Negra, San Bartolo and Santa María del Mar.   
• BBVA Banco Continental granted a PEN350 million credit facility to Concesionaria Desaladora del Sur to finance the project. 
• Citibank Peru acted as trustee.
