IP Group £266.6 million capital raising

Overview:

• IP Group has successfully raised £266.6 million through a share offer.
• The capital raising will provide the funds to successfully launch and develop IP2IPO Australia.
• This will enable the company to invest in new and existing opportunities both in the UK and the US.
• The issuer has committed to invest at least $200 million over a 10-year period to fund investments developed by academics at 9 universities.
