On 13 May 2024, EQT Infrastructure VI announced a public cash offer to the shareholders of OX2 AB (publ). The offer values all shares in OX2 at SEK 16,351 million. An independent bid committee of the board of directors of OX2 recommends the shareholders of the company to accept the offer.
