He also received recognition as a Rising Star Partner in Capital Markets & M&A from the IFLR1000 Rankings 2024, underscoring his growing influence in the industry. His expertise in Capital Markets has also been consistently recognized in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide from 2022 to 2025.

This recent recognition builds on a series of accomplishments throughout his career. His trajectory continued to rise in 2022, when the Asia Business Law Journal named him one of Indonesia’s 50 Future Legal Leaders, and the ALB Indonesia Law Awards honored him as Young Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm). With his continued dedication, Ken is set to make even more significant contributions to the legal field.

  • Ken represented PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“PTVI”), one of Indonesia's largest mining companies, in a significant equity divestiture. PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID), along with Vale Canada Limited (VCL) and Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (SMM), acquired 14% of PTVI’s shares through a combination of direct acquisition and rights offering, valued at approximately IDR 5.6 trillion (USD 370 million). This deal was nominated as a finalist for M&A Deal of the Year and Indonesia Deal Firm of the Year at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2024, as well as Equity Market Deal of the Year at the ALB Southeast Asia Law Awards 2025.
  • Ken represented PT Jasa Marga Tbk in an equity financing transaction involving the sale of a portion of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) shares and the issuance of new shares to a consortium of investors. This IDR 15.75 trillion transaction aims to support the development of the 1,184-kilometer TransJava toll road. The deal was nominated as a finalist for Indonesia Deal Firm and Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Law Firm of the Year at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2024.
  • His representation in the largest Telco Tower Acquisition in Southeast Asia was considered one of the high-profile deals in 2022 due to its size and impact on the relevant industry in the region.
