Partners Fabio Perrone Campos Mello and Roberto Vianna do R Barros spearhead much of the firm's corporate efforts. The firm has also been growing over the past 12 months, promoting three former associates to partner in the corporate area in February 2012. Deals
Campos Mello represented Italian infrastructure group Atlantia and its Brazilian subsidiary Autostrade Concessões e Participações Brasil on corporate, tax and contractual matters related to the creation of a joint venture with Grupo Bertin. The venture involved a large operation in the Brazilian infrastructure sector valued at R$3.3 billion ($1.63 billion) upon closing in January 2012.
