Head of corporate and commercial Carine Souaiby is leading a team advising United Eastern Medical Services on a private equity fund raising of Dh200 million for the development of healthcare centre.
An additional M&A mandate saw Douglas Smith representing Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons on a joint venture with another large group to operate a trading business in Abu Dhabi for high end luxury watches and jewellery.
The bulk of the firm’s banking work is confidential but one public matter saw it advise Credit Europe Bank on the security structure for a home finance project for freehold properties in Dubai.
