Though it is not as large as some of its counterparts, its impeccable reputation, especially in the banking sector and involvement in key deals makes it a key market player. The firm often advises lenders.

In one of the largest IPOs in the world this year, Adnan Sundra & Low advised underwriters CIMB Bank Investment, Maybank Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Securities and Morgan Stanley in the $3.3 billion IPO of Malaysian state-owned palm oil company Felda Global Ventures. At the time of its June listing, it represented the second-biggest IPO in 2012 after Facebook's $16 billion offering on Nasdaq.
