Hendra Soenardi's banking and finance team produces quality work that rivals some of the larger law firms in Indonesia. The firm is known for producing high quality, complex deals and are well equipped to handle both Indonesian and international aspects. Founding partners, Eddy Hendra and Soenardi Pardi and foreign counsel Kyle Hollingsworth provide a wealth of knowledge capable of servicing even the largest multinational corporations. Deals
Last year the team was advised on a $750 million loan facility granted to Adaro Indonesia by a syndicate of banks. In a similar example the team advised Saratoga Investama Sedaya in a $300 million facility provided by HSBC and United Overseas Bank.
Other deals include advising Tri Wahana Universal, Mitra Pinasthika Mustika, Trinugraha Thohir and Maritim Barito Perkasa on their loan financing facilities.
