Senior and name partner Dragos Vilau heads Vilau’s 11 lawyer banking practice with support from Roxana Musol. The team acts for the likes of Bayern LB, Hypo Real Estate, ING Real Estate and Raiffeisen Bank Romania.
One of the firm’s largest mandates saw the team act for Bayern LB on the Romanian aspects of a €3 billion capital increase.
Elsewhere the team acted for Raiffeisen Bank on the extension of a $40 million to Imex Oil a Cypriot oil company.
