On the projects side, Lino Torgal and Mark Kirkby are the firm's key operators.
Deals
The firm has been advising the likes of Banco Privado in the last year on various issues and also assisted the Irish National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) as the creditor of two investment funds in regard to their recapitilisation.
Projects work included advice to TERTIR – Terminais de Portugal in regard to the concession contract for the privatisation of a port in Peru.

In what has been a relatively slow market, the firm has found itself on a number of interesting deals in the last year. One key example saw the firm act for Sanofi on its acquisition of fellow pharmaceutical company Genzyme. Nuno Moura Roldão led the deal. The same partner also acted for WMS on an acquisition of a company in Zona Franca da Madeira.
